Our house is located in the north east side of the Margarita Island, very close to the most important beaches (playa el agua, playa manzanillo and playa parguito), in Loma de Guerra town, just 20 min. away from Porlamar.
The house has a marvelous view to the sea and to the mountain called Guayamury (natural monument) has two levels, two bed rooms, the principal with a private bathroom and another one to be used for the others in the upper floor, downstairs are the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the laundry facilities and an spectacular terrace with and a swimming pool.
